Licensed Florida couples therapists helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and find their way back to each other. Most new patients scheduled within 7 days.
Relationship pain shows up differently for every couple. If any of this sounds familiar, couples therapy can help.

You keep having the same fight, different day, same outcome. Nothing ever gets resolved.

The warmth is gone. You share a home but not much else anymore.

Infidelity, secrets, or betrayal have left one or both of you unsure how to move forward.

Conversations turn into arguments or shutdown. You can't seem to talk without someone getting hurt.

Life changes — kids, careers, loss — have created distance you don't know how to close.

You're not sure the relationship can survive. You want to try everything before making a permanent decision.
Struggling doesn’t mean your relationship is over. It means you need the right support and you’re smart enough to look for it.
Most couples wait too long, an average of six years after problems begin before seeking help. The sooner you start, the more there is to work with.
Our licensed Florida couples therapists create a space where both partners feel heard, not judged, not blamed. Sessions focus on what’s actually driving the conflict, not just the surface arguments.
Our couples therapists are trained in CBT-based approaches the most research-backed methods for treating relationship distress. Many couples see meaningful improvement within 8–16 sessions.

Your therapist will meet with both of you — and sometimes individually — to understand each person’s experience and what’s driving the conflict. From there, sessions focus on changing the patterns keeping you stuck, building communication skills, and reconnecting emotionally. It’s structured and goal-oriented, not just a space to argue in front of a professional.
This is common. Many people come to their first session skeptical. A good couples therapist is trained to work with that skepticism and create an environment where both partners feel safe, not ambushed. If your partner is on the fence, sometimes one individual session to address their concerns first can help.
Research on Emotionally Focused Therapy shows that 70–75% of couples move from distress to recovery, and 90% report significant improvement. The key variable is both partners being willing to engage honestly. Therapy can’t fix a relationship where one person has already fully checked out, but for couples who still want it to work, it’s highly effective.
That happens, and it doesn’t mean therapy failed. Sometimes the most honest outcome of couples work is a decision to part ways with more clarity, less bitterness, and a cleaner path forward — especially when children are involved. Your therapist will support whatever decision is right for both of you.
