Licensed Florida therapists specializing in trauma and PTSD. Evidence-based treatment including EMDR, CBT, and trauma-focused therapy. Most new patients scheduled within 7 days.
Trauma doesn’t always look like a crisis. Sometimes it shows up quietly in the way you react, the way you sleep, the way you feel around other people.

Your mind won't turn off, and rest feels impossible.

You're going through the motions but nothing feels right.

Sadness, exhaustion, or loss of interest in things you used to enjoy

Past experiences that still shape how you feel today.

Conflict, distance, or disconnect from people you care about.

Grief, change, career, parenthood — moments that ask more of you than you have.
The good news: with the right support, you don’t have to live this way.
Healing from trauma isn’t about forcing yourself to relive painful memories. It’s about working with a therapist who understands trauma — how it lives in the body, how it shapes your thoughts, and how to move through it at your own pace.
Our licensed Florida therapists provide trauma therapy tailored to your history and your goals. You’re always in control of the pace.
Our trauma therapists are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma-Focused CBT, Somatic approaches, and DBT — the most evidence-based methods for treating trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma. Many clients see meaningful progress within 8–12 sessions.

Trauma therapy is a structured approach to processing traumatic experiences so they no longer control your daily life. Depending on your history and needs, your therapist may use EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, somatic techniques, or a combination. The goal is to help your nervous system process what happened — safely, at your pace.
No. Many effective approaches, including EMDR and somatic therapy, don’t require you to narrate every detail of what happened. You’ll never be pushed to go further than you’re ready. Your therapist will follow your lead.
PTSD is a clinical diagnosis that occurs when trauma symptoms — flashbacks, avoidance, hypervigilance, mood changes — persist for more than a month and significantly disrupt daily functioning. Not everyone who experiences trauma develops PTSD. Your therapist will assess what you’re experiencing and recommend the right approach regardless of diagnosis.
It varies by person and history. Some clients experience significant relief in 8–12 sessions with focused approaches like EMDR. Complex or long-term trauma typically takes longer. Your therapist will give you a realistic picture in your first few sessions.
Yes. Online trauma therapy is proven as effective as in-person for most people. We offer telehealth throughout Florida. Many clients prefer the privacy and comfort of working from home, especially when dealing with trauma.
