Lauren Clem is passionate about helping others as they navigate their mental health goals. She received her B.A.S. in psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago and was also an All-American soccer player. Lauren is now a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern and is completing her doctorate degree at Western States University. She specializes in Sports Psychology. She has a passion for competitive sports and the development it brings for athletes and their life outside of sport. Lauren utilizes Person-Centered and Solution-Focused interventions with a psychodynamic approach as she works with clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
