Meet Our Team

Fred Moline, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Hello, my name is Fred Moline, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over seven years of nursing experience and have dedicated my career to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. My background includes working in psychiatric, emergency, substance use, outpatient, and telepsychiatry settings. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. I am also experienced in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals recovering from opioid and alcohol use disorders. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and completed specialized training in psychiatric and mental health care. My approach is centered on building a strong therapeutic relationship where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe that effective treatment goes beyond prescribing medication and should include understanding each person’s unique experiences, environment, strengths, and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care. I work collaboratively with my patients to create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and help them achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health. My goal is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care while empowering individuals to develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional wellness.
