Jennie Marie Mussar, M.S.
Jennie Marie Mussar has a passion for helping people reach their healing goals. Using a systemic approach to her work, she fully attends to each clients’ needs wherever that may be. Jennie is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern in the state of Florida and received her M.S. from Nova Southeastern University in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Delaware. She is currently working towards licensure to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is working full-time as a therapist at a residential and detox facility, treating substance abuse and mental health disorders. Jennie specializes in trauma, substance use, substance use and the family, anxiety, depression, social skills, self-esteem, grief and loss, and relational issues. Jennie uses the evidenced-based modality of solution-focused brief therapy while also specializing in narrative-inspired therapies, music therapy, and experiential therapy to help aid in her systemic approach. Her passion is to bring healing to her clients, help them find healthy perceptions of themselves, and strengthen their relationships to feel whole, complete, and safe.
